I had such a great experience here! The staff were very careful and detail-oriented, making sure everything was perfect. My nails look absolutely beautiful — clean, precise, and exactly what I wanted. The service was also very gentle and professional. Highly recommend this place if you want pretty, well-done nails! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I had an appointment booked for 1:30 pm and had confirmed all my details over the phone. When I arrived, the man at reception — the same person who originally took my appointment — told me it was actually scheduled for 1:00 pm. He then claimed they had tried calling me, but admitted he had dialed the wrong number. The lack of professionalism was unbelievable. He first asked me to come back three and a half hours later. I refused, so he then told me to wait 10 minutes, but I had to give up part of my service and settle for a Manicure without the pédicure. I felt like I had no choice. They then assigned me to a new nail technician, who at least tried to make me feel comfortable. My original technician, Katy, was terrible. She didn’t speak to me or make any effort to fix the situation. To make things worse, they told me I needed to pay extra. I left with a simple Biogel service that should have been around $45 plus tax, but ended up being charged close to $80 with tax included. It seems they overcharged me because they considered me “late” and treated me like a new client. N.B. After this review was posted I received a phone call from the man at reception explaining they no longer wanted me as a client.

My first time there and I just got regular polish not gel to test it out. I was with a nail tech that seemed quite new and scraped my finger with the drill to remove my old gel polish. She must have said sorry 6 times from scraped my finger or going too close to my cuticle. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and let her continue assuming she was in training. The first coat looked bad and I mentioned it to her she said she will fix it on the next coat. Well that didn’t happen either and this is how they came out. I feel like I could have done a better job myself. It looks terrible !

PLEASE DON'T BE FOOLED BY FAKE 1 STAR REVIEWS A client, Sharu Mohanarajah, 20 years old, asked her friends and family to give 1 star ratings to destroy the nail salon's reputation through google review after an incident that happened on the 5th of July. NOTE: The friends and family were not present at the time of the events except for the mother and the 12 yo brother. She came in for a full set of nails showing a picture to the nail tech. After 1h of treatment and being almost done, right before polish, she says she is unsatisfied with the shape of her nails and doesnt want to pay for the treatment she received (40$). She refused any attempts of the nail tech to fix the shape and asked for the nails to be removed. Nearing the closing time it was not possible, so they said that they would cut of the nails. She refused and preferred paying the removal fee (15$). The nail tech refused and the manager asked to take a picture of the client's nails as proof, who refused and tried to leave the store without paying. The manager locked the door and refused to let her leave until she payed. The CLIENT GOT AGRESSIVE and started CURSING AND SCREAMING in front of OTHER CLIENTS. Other nail techs attempted to record the events, but the CLIENT SNATCHED THEIR PHONES and started cursing and screaming at them too. Police were called twice to resolve the situation and the client left after paying 20$, so half the price of what she actually got. The nail techs at this store care very much about the quality of the nails and pedicures they deliver. If the nails were truly ugly, the manager would not hesitate to have the clients come back for a FREE REDO. So it's very unfortunate that 1 client made a bunch of people lie about this place and that she is dishonest at such a young age.
