I had such a great experience here! The staff were very careful and detail-oriented, making sure everything was perfect. My nails look absolutely beautiful — clean, precise, and exactly what I wanted. The service was also very gentle and professional. Highly recommend this place if you want pretty, well-done nails! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I had an appointment booked for 1:30 pm and had confirmed all my details over the phone. When I arrived, the man at reception — the same person who originally took my appointment — told me it was actually scheduled for 1:00 pm. He then claimed they had tried calling me, but admitted he had dialed the wrong number. The lack of professionalism was unbelievable. He first asked me to come back three and a half hours later. I refused, so he then told me to wait 10 minutes, but I had to give up part of my service and settle for a Manicure without the pédicure. I felt like I had no choice. They then assigned me to a new nail technician, who at least tried to make me feel comfortable. My original technician, Katy, was terrible. She didn’t speak to me or make any effort to fix the situation. To make things worse, they told me I needed to pay extra. I left with a simple Biogel service that should have been around $45 plus tax, but ended up being charged close to $80 with tax included. It seems they overcharged me because they considered me “late” and treated me like a new client. N.B. After this review was posted I received a phone call from the man at reception explaining they no longer wanted me as a client.
